SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. Each collectible doll is inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping Finland & Sweden (5-7 business days): €7.99
- Express Shipping Domestic (2-3 business days): €14,99
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days)
- International shipping rates Calculated at checkout.
All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your order's journey.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to over 100 international destinations throughout the EU, UK, Americas, Asia and south pacific. International customers not located within these zones are still welcome - duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders in selected EU zones when over 250€.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress through our shipping carrier's website.
International Orders For international shipments:
- Customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
- You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery
- All shipments use tracked courier services (DHL/UPS) for security and reliability
Packaging Each collectible doll is packaged with premium materials to protect your investment during transit. Limited edition pieces include their certificate of authenticity and edition documentation.
